Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ORAH is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
